Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Not use the Extension for harassment, stalking, or any illegal activity
Not use the Extension to scrape data you do not have permission to access
Not redistribute, resell, or share collected data commercially
Accept full responsibility for how you use any data obtained through the Extension

4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind
The developer shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
exemplary damages
This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or any other
intangible losses
The developer is NOT responsible for any actions taken by Instagram against your account
The developer is NOT responsible for any legal action taken against you by third parties

By using this Extension, you expressly waive any and all claims against the developer, including but not
limited to:
Financial damages: Any monetary losses resulting from the use of this Extension
Account restrictions: Any action taken by Instagram, including account suspension
or termination

Extension
Reputational harm: Any damage to your reputation resulting from the use of this
Extension
Third-party claims: Any claims made by third parties related to your use of the
Extension
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from and against any claims, damages, losses,
liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Extension
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including Instagram's terms of service
Any data you collect, store, or share using the Extension
6. Subscription and Payments
The Extension offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers:
Free tier: Limited to tracking 1 Instagram account
Pro tier: Unlimited account tracking, Excel export, and additional features
Payment Terms:
All payments are processed through Stripe
Subscriptions are non-recurring (one-time purchases for a duration)
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
Cancellation is immediate and does not entitle you to any refund
7. Data Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect
your data. Key points:
Instagram data you collect is stored **EXCLUSIVELY** in your browser and never leaves your device
If you sign in, only basic account metadata and subscription status are stored in our cloud services
We do not sell your personal or collected data to third parties
🏛️ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Poland.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Extension shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
By using this Extension, you:
Consent to the personal jurisdiction of Polish courts
Waive any objection to venue in Polish courts
Agree that Polish law shall govern all disputes
If you do not agree to resolve disputes in Poland under Polish law, do not use this
Extension.
8. Modifications to Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without
notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be
valid and enforceable.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of the Extension
and supersede any prior agreements.
